COVID-19

JD Van Zyl • 15 March 2020

There is no denying that we live in challenging times, as Coronavirus/Covid-19 continues to sweep through the world. This evening South Africa's president announced "drastic measures" to curb the spread of the disease during a national address.

This includes a travel ban on nationalities from "high-risk countries" including the UK πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§, Spain πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ and France πŸ‡«πŸ‡·. Currently Namibia πŸ‡³πŸ‡¦, Botswana πŸ‡§πŸ‡Ό, Zimbabwe πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡Ό, Zambia πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡² and Tanzania πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡Ώ have not announced any travel bans.

To our guests who were due to arrive in SA in the coming weeks, rest assured that we will work closely with you to find the best workable solution for you in these challenging times.

Let's hope that strict measures like these - challenging though they may be - will help bring the spread of this virus to a swift halt.

In the meantime know that our spectacular natural scenery, beautiful wildlife and undiminishable African spirit will still be here, and waiting for you, as soon as the travel ban is lifted πŸ˜πŸ¦’πŸ¦“β€πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦.
