Since the beginning of 2022 travel restrictions have greatly eased around the world, including Africa. PCR Tests are generally no longer required as long as travellers have proof of vaccination. Exact requirements per country can be found on the IATA website which is regularly updated and that all airlines are following.

IMPORTANT: If you booked a holiday through The Travel Cafe and you were unable to travel due to Covid (eg. borders closed, or travel to Africa not recommended by the government), you can postpone your accommodation, transport and activities to new dates. This is done at no additional cost or service fee by The Travel Cafe, as long as there is availability for your new dates. Please note that if there is any difference in fares, fees or inflation, this will be payable by the guest. T&C's applies
